The historical hotel, whose first guest was Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was rebuilt in accordance with the original by Limak Tourism Group. The hotel started hosting its guests under the name of "Limak Thermal Boutique Hotel".

A special team of 300 people took part in the restoration work of the hotel, where great care was taken to reflect the period it lived in. There are a total of 48 rooms and 96 beds in Limak Thermal Boutique Hotel, where calligraphers and pencils for each room exhibit their skills separately. Room numbers start with the date of Atatürk's birth in 1881 and continue until 1938. The door with the infinity sign "∞" on the room numbered 1938 symbolizes Atatürk's immortality.

The hotel also offers an a-la carte restaurant for 100 guests, an outdoor dining area for 80 guests, a breakfast lounge for 100 guests, meeting room for 30 and 100 guests respectively, a billard game room, an outdoor lounge, 8 massage rooms, indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a pool bar, vitamin bar, a lobby bar, a Turkish bath and Finnish sauna, a parking lot for 40 cars.

Each room has special bathtubs where thermal water is supplied. In the open area, the glass pyramid consisting of a thermal pool and a sports center draws attention.

The spa center includes a 100 square meter thermal pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna, Steam bath and massage center.

In addition to the holiday, the meeting rooms in the hotel, where every detail is considered for those who have to deal with work, offer all the facilities and the opportunity to relax while working. In the casino building, there is a restaurant with a capacity of 108 people and a cafe in the greenery.

Turkish Coffee is served to the guests in the special corner where the famous photo was taken years ago when Atatürk had a coffee at the hotel.
